How Can I Be Sure You're Legit?

Alpha Pharm Canada has been in business since 2008 and prides itself in providing quality products at a low price. As you know scammers can’t be approved sellers. Best way to check a source is placing small trial orders. Please make sure to always do your own research.

What Currency Are Your Prices In?

All prices are in Canadian dollars.

What If I Find The Same Product For A Lower Price?

We pride ourselves in having a low price guarantee and will price match the lower-priced item. If you find the same product for a lower price, please email us with the product information. The Product must be from a reputable dealer and be authorized to sell that pharmaceutical brand. If the online retailer is not legitimate and is from another country besides Canada, we cannot offer the discount.

How Do I Pay?

We currently accept both Bitcoin (BTC) and Interac eTransfer as payment options. Full payment details are given on the checkout page.

What Are The Minimum & Maximum Order Amounts?

We do not have a minimum or maximum order requirement.

Where Do You Ship From?

We only ship within Canada. We also ship to PO boxes.

How Do You Ship Your Product?

We ship our products Canada wide and all packages are shipped very discreet. Products are packed with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments. The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit one of these packages, the order will automatically be divided into two or more packages.

How Long Is The Process Of Ordering & Shipping?

Upon submission of your order, an order confirmation containing payment instructions will be automatically and promptly sent to your provided email address. Upon receipt of payment, we proceed to process and dispatch your order via Canada Post within the proceeding 1-2 business days. It is important to note that orders are not processed or shipped during weekends.

The standard processing timeframe for orders typically ranges from 1 to 2 business days. Shipping within Canada varies, taking between 2 to 5 days, depending on the specific location within the country. Additionally, we are pleased to offer complimentary Xpresspost shipping for all orders exceeding $300.

Every order is accompanied by an express shipping tracking number, which will be conveyed to you via email. We kindly advise checking your junk mail folder as well, as communications may be directed there.

Is A Signature Required?

Not unless you request it.

What If I Input The Wrong Shipping Address?

If you notice a mistake on your shipping address please let us know immediately. If we have already shipped your package then it’s too late. We do not have a return address and the parcel will be lost. We will not hunt down parcels. Please make sure to double check your shipping address before submitting your order or the mistake will cost you.

How Do I Change My Order After It's Been Placed?

Unfortunately, we do not make any manual changes or cancellations to pending orders. Since the order process is entirely computerized, it is much faster, more efficient and less problematic to place a completely new order. So, if you wish to make changes to your order, simply place a new order and disregard your former order number (it will automatically be cancelled and removed from our system if payment is not made within 24hrs). NOTE! Since order cancellations are not accepted once payment is received, you must make necessary order changes before payment is made.

What Happens If My Order Gets Lost In Transit?

We are not liable for lost or stolen orders once shipped. Please verify your shipping details before placing an order. In case of loss or theft, clients are advised to open a Canada Post claim using the provided tracking number.
