Ordering or Payment

What payment methods are available?

Our payment methods are Bitcoin and Email Money Transfer. We do not accept Credit cards or Paypal.

How to pay?

Once you place your order, you will receive payment instructions on how to pay via Interac e-Transfer. It is important to carefully read the instructions and make sure not to include any notes in the e-Transfer related to product names, or anything related to “steroids”. We understand that you may be excited about purchasing the best steroids in Canada, but please keep this information to yourself and do not include it in the banks’ records. Stay up-to-date along the way by keeping a look out for emailed updates from as your order makes its way to you.

AGAIN – Make sure to NOT make any references to AlphaPharm, Alpha, Alpha Pharm Canada, Steroids, or performance-enhancing supplements in the notes section!!

How long does it take to process my order?

Normal order processing can take up to 1-2 business days. Order processing may take longer during peak and holiday seasons.

Once your payment is approved, you will receive an email when your order has been processed (may take up to 48 hours).You will also receive a second email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to check the journey of your order.

When will I get my tracking number via email?

After the 3 “processing” steps have been completed (1 to 2 business days), we scan your package for shipment, the final step.  Upon Canada Post taking possession of your package, you will usually receive your tracking and/or shipping confirmation email within 6 hours.

If an item is not in current stock but has been mistakenly reported as such, Alpha Pharm Canada will inform you by email with an updated, expected shipping time-frame and may provide you with an optional replacement product of equal value if the previously ordered item is not scheduled to return to inventory within a reasonable period of time due to a recall or sudden discontinuation.

Out-of-stock or backorders products: When will they be back?

Due to the popularity of certain products, it is impossible to maintain a surplus of inventory that can always sufficiently meet an overwhelming demand.  In cases such as these, products may be listed as being on in stock.  If an item is listed as such, we will still accept your orders and place them in a queue for fulfillment.  We will not always be able to give you a precise time-frame as to when the product will be restocked, however, if we have been provided an accurate time-frame from our manufactures or suppliers, we will inform you of the expected restocking schedule.  Some items may take only 2 days while others may take up to 4 weeks or more.  As vendors, the time-frame is out of our control as we are often at the mercy of our manufacturers.  Back-ordered products that have been purchased by customers will not be refunded because of time-lag issues.  Refunds will only be considered if a pre-purchased back-ordered product has officially been declared discontinued by our manufacturers or suppliers and is therefore no longer available.

What are the minimum & maximum order amounts?

We do not have a minimum or maximum order requirement.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Shipping, Cancellations, Exchange or Refund

Where does Alpha Pharm Canada ship to?

All orders are shipped from Canada and we only service those located in Canada. We do not offer international shipping.

How do you ship your orders?

We offer shipping of our products throughout Canada, with all packages being shipped discreetly. Our products are packed with extreme care and precaution to minimize shipment volume. We never use our organization’s name or anything else that would imply the package contains pharmaceutical contents. The size of our packages is always appropriate and never larger than necessary to avoid any suspicion.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Usually, order processing can take up to 1-2 business days. Order processing may take longer during peak and holiday seasons.

Processing your order involves 3 steps:

  1. Payment Verification.  Waiting for your payment to fully clear can sometimes take up to 24 hours.
  2. Pulling your items from the warehouse.
  3. Packing your items.

This entire process will often take 1 to 2 business days, and possibly longer if there are extenuating circumstances.

  • Alpha Pharm Canada does not process orders during the weekend and holiday.
  • No deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays.

For example, if you ordered on a Friday, the next official business day is Monday, so your order will still appear to be in “processing” mode over the weekend until is it scanned and ready for shipment on Tuesday.

Once your package has been both PROCESSED and PICKED UP by Canada Post, the transit time to your destination will be determined by the Canada Post Expedited Delivery Standards.

Is a signature required?

Not unless you request it. Additional fees will apply.

What if my package gets lost, damaged or I provided the wrong shipping address?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please notify us immediately. However, if your package has already been shipped, it’s too late to make any changes. Once your package has departed from our facility, we will not be held responsible for any damages, delays, or losses.

How can I adjust or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders immediately after the payment has been received. Because of this, order edits and cancellations are not possible.


What if my package gets lost or damaged?

Please allow 5 business days after stated delivery to ensure your package wasn’t mis-delivered. From time to time, couriers will find the package and have it redelivered accordingly. In the meantime, please check your front porch, your community mailbox,  side door(s), or any other premises around your house. Also, ask your neighbors just in case they received it for you.

Important note:  Alpha Pharm Canada is not responsible for any delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments. Once the package has left our facility, we are not liable for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages. Please contact directly Canada Post, for more information on your shipment, delays or any questions about delivery.

What is your return, exchange or refund policy?

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. Once an order is processed, the order is finalized. We cannot cancel, exchange, refund or change the order.

When I track my package, it says it’s “Returned to the Sender.” What does that mean?

If a package is UNCLAIMED by the recipient (customer) and returned to the sender (Alpha Pharm Canada), the customer is fully responsible for the cost of the return shipment as well as any subsequent re-shipments. 

AGAIN, ANY AND ALL fees and purchase costs associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because you failed to pick up your package in time, will NOT receive a refund.


How can I be sure you're legit?

Alpha Pharm Canada has been in business since 2008 and prides itself in providing quality products at a low price. As you know scammers can’t be approved sellers. Best way to check a source is placing small trial orders.

What is the age of consent?

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province of residence.

Underage buying is not only illegal and puts our business at risk, but is a profound waste of our resources costing us valuable time, labour and warehouse effort. 

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
