1. Draw 2cc Bacteriostatic Water USP from vile.
2. Inject Bacteriostatic Water into NAD+ medication. 
3. Gently swirl the vial around until the solution is clear. (Note: Do NOT shake — it is a delicate hormone)
4.  Once completed this will provide you with a concentration of 500mg per/2cc & 25mg per 10 units on the insulin needle. Note: 100 units would equate to 250mg & 200 units would equate the total 500mg.
