SNAP-8 – 10mg

Step 1: Choose the Right Base
For best results, incorporate SNAP-8 into a simple, high-quality hyaluronic acid serum or a dedicated DIY cosmetic serum base. Hyaluronic acid enhances hydration and helps evenly distribute the peptide across the skin.

Step 2: Proper Mixing
Draw 2 cc of Bacteriostatic Water USP and slowly inject it into the SNAP-8 vial.

Step 3: Gently swirl the vial until the solution becomes clear. Do NOT shake – peptides are delicate and may lose structural integrity if agitated. This will provide a concentration of 5 mg per mL, with the full 2 cc equaling 10 mg (one full vial).

Step 4: Once fully dissolved, gently incorporate the solution into your serum base and mix evenly until uniform.

Ideal Concentration

• A 3–10% concentration of SNAP-8 is commonly used in cosmetic formulations.
• A 10% concentration is typically associated with faster visible smoothing and more noticeable refinement.

Step 5: Storage
Store the finished serum in a dark blue or opaque dropper bottle to protect the peptide from light exposure. Refrigeration helps maintain stability and freshness.

Apply a small amount to clean skin once or twice daily, focusing on areas affected by repetitive facial movement:
